The function of this machine is to apply a constant mechanical load to the output side of portable tools such as hand drills, grinders, polishers etc. For example a hand drill rated at 400W maximum input power has to be loaded until power is 400W ?% for a period of 1 hour, during which the temperature of the motor winding is recorded.
